The Pleasure Chest
This real-life sextoy store has been around since 1971, with the first of their 2 stores in the West Village of New York, the second in Chicago. They have the claim to fame also of being the location where 'Sex and the City' filmed Charlotte buying a rabbit vibrator (incidentally, I've tried rabbit vibrators. Mmmm) Anyhow, this is the online counterpart to the two stores, and it has a nice selection of merchandise at great prices. It's easy to navigate, with subcategories for each section, pictures and full product descriptions. They also have some info pages on various types of toys. Their privacy, shipping, returns and contact info is all very good and easy to find. I like the sex-positive vibe of the site (no pun intended) so this one is on my short list of online toystores I'd order from. -- Jane
